David Bainbridge joined the firm as an associate in December of 2006. Mr. Bainbridge practices both litigation and transactional law and focuses in the areas of real estate, business, and estate planning. Prior to joining the firm he was a legislative analyst for the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research specializing in local government finance, redevelopment law, and trusts and estates.
Mr. Bainbridge graduated from the University of California Davis with a B.A. in political science and a minor in history. He graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he was a member of the Traynor Honor Society and earned a Certificate of Governmental Affairs.
Mr. Bainbridge was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. He is licensed to practice in all California state courts. He is also a member of the Placer County Bar Association.
In his spare time Mr. Bainbridge enjoys sports and outdoor activities such as wakeboarding, skiing, golf, basketball, and hiking.
